Just something I thought of when thinking about guys like Alfonso Soriano and Alex Rodriguez... Would it be plausible to give more than 7 years during FA bidding??? Since we have an issue with the "7yr/minorleaguemin", it could only apply to players with 90+ overalls...

It would make some things more flexible and really make Free Agency a true market...


BTW... this would be done with commish mode...
