Who do you think the Rookie GM of the Year should be?

Just to clarify, here was the description for this award....

"Rookie GM of the Year - 4 million - (same as above, but only owners with 2 or fewer offseasons are eligible. I say two because owners like Pittsburgh will have gotten their team out of debt this year, but couldn't do much in the offseason free agent market.)"

Quite a few, so if you're listed here, and think you did a good job tell what you did so others can see. Winning games is not important here (NYY!), what is more important is what you did to turn your team around, or put them in a better position for the next few seasons. So if you got out of debt, cut payroll, added prospects/picks, made some good long term signings or trades that's what we're looking for.
