We have a few things that are going through...

1. Teams like Pitt, Cinci, SD, etc. can release any player they want.

2. We will try to figure out what to do with revenue sharing which will be added next offseason.

3. All scouting will be put at zero.

4. We will use a draft compensation system this year.

If there are any others I forgot, just make a post.

I say hold off with draft comp until next offseason. We haven't gotten to a conclusive way to do it, and free agency already started.

We changed it to the majority of people who voted because nothing would have gone through.

I never got around to debating this, but if you could explain this further that'd be great.
You didn't like my draft compensation idea b/c you said the following:
I dont think that will work because there
will be many Bs and Cs, and people could sign like 6 or 7 of them. I
think only As deserve compensation, because you can get Bs or Cs fairly
cheap in this league so they dont necessarily need compensation for
those guys. On the other hand, a sandwich pick and a teams second round
pick should help compensate for the loss of an A. Of course it doesnt
replace the players value, but its better than nothing.

In my system a B was a 90-95 player and you said people will sign 6 or 7 of them? You just opened the bracket of an A player to a 90-100... now how is it possible that people will not sign 6 or 7 90-100 players as refernced in your system, but they would sign 6 or 7 90-95 players in mine????

I meant they could sign 6 Bs and Cs put together.

How do you find it more likely that they will sign 6 Bs and Cs in my A 95-100; B 90-95; C 85-90 system than your A 90-100; B 80-90 system [where your A's = my A/B's and my C's = your B's]. Basically every FA is going to be considered an A or B under your system and will be given compensation. If any team elects to sign 6 or 7 FAs, odds are those players are going to be an A or B the way you set it up. In fact, it's insanely more likely to happen.
