Now when you say 75% approval, do you mean 75% of the 15 active GMs we have? Or 75% of the 30 total teams (in that case we'd be screwed)

75% of the gms who respond to the topic. If only two gms respond/vote, then you would need them all to approve. If four gms respond, then atleast three have to approve. Etc., etc.

I say at least 5 or 6 must say yes in addition to 75% of the people who respond.

Just a general timing question. Are we going to implement
approved changes before we start performing re-signings and
arbitrations? Not sure what you'd want to call the end of the season.
I'm assuming after the WS.
