I am pretty sure the Yankees are taken, but I will make sure.

As for the rosters, upload the current game file(not the previous two ones). And then post your lineup/depth chart/rotation/bullpen in a topic in the depth charts section. And then you are good, although you could trade and sign free agents

my computer will not allow me to download the file. i dont know why. when i tried to do it yesterday my computer crashed.

Try again, it shouldnt crash. It is not a big download either, only 2 mb. Did you remember to type the 3 letters right above the ad on the right. You have to wait 45 seconds and then you can download it.

Ok, good. You are the gm of the Yankees. First you download the newest game file, then post your depth charts, and then if you want sign free agents and post your trading block. Then you just wait for the rest of the un gm'ed teams to get gm's.

btw...i had the demo, and then i bought the game today..but when i click on the mogul icon, not the demo one, it goes to the demo anyway...any suggestions???

Ok, I had the same problem. This is what you do. Delete all the baseball mogul you have on the computer. Remember not only the desktop shortcut, but the whole mogul program. Then redownload the real baseball mogul again...
