what happens if we turn a Starter into a reliever? Is it ust waht the game does or would admin adjust the ratings?

Thats what some leagues do. If you have like a 95 reliever and you turn him into starter the commish will bump down a few of his ratings and bump his endurance up. Thats what some other leagues i am in/have been in do.
