| I was reading that we allow teams in debt to realease any player for free. Is that just in the off-season, or could it be done at any time. | |

| Just for a brief period after an owner joins the league. Once you are in for awhile, you're expected to be able to handle it with regular transactions and releases coming with buy-outs. | |
