Outfield: Shane Costa, Brandon Sing, Johnny Damon are all good choices, but Sing can't play CF.
Catcher: Offensively, a crapshoot. Go for the defense.

SP: Oswalt, obviously, but he is at a premium.
Pass on Padilla. Anibal is interesting, but do some sims first. Arredondo can be converted and shouldn't be too expensive. Pass on Weaver and Juan Cruz. Pass on Lowry. Simonitsch and Prior deserve looks. Saenz could be a bargain. Pass on Tall Man Hochevar but give Silva a look. Schmidt could be a cheap starter, like Gagne except worse off. Pass on Johan. PASS on JOHAN!

RP: Arre deserves a look. Wellemeyer is a pass. MacDougal looks to be a good short reliever. Carlos Martinez could come cheap. I'd give Schmidt a chance. Lidge and Rodney arn't my favorites, but Lidge could be good. Give Delcarmen a shot. Bradford could be a steal. Give Orvella a look.
