| I found a way to at least be able to fix it so you can see the correct scouting, giving all teams an A+
In the file, go under Advanced Tools and click "Reset Team Grades". It will give every team A+ scouting. Of course, it will also give every team $10M in cash, so it's not a permanent fix. But it will work for scouting with trades and such.
