| Everyone's should be at $0. Sounds like the fairest way most people will agree on? | |

| Yes, I will quote myself from the other thread:
"I think setting everyone's Scouting Budget at $0M is the best option. It's going to continuously be abused and there's no way to police it. I'd hardly imagine anyone who strickly only views Scouting Reports with their own team. I'm sure before any of us finalize a deal we're checking it out with someone's team that has +/- 0 Scouting."

| What effect will this have on scouting? Will everyone show +-0 or will everyone show +-12? | |

| ummm.....the only problem. Then the commish and anyone with access to the commish file have the only way to judge the players as everyone else will see +/- 12. This could be a problem. | |

EVERYBODY sees +/- 0.... Actually, no. the teams will have varied +/- rating even if they are all set at $0M I just started a new game and set all teams to $0M the only team that was +/- 0 was TB

| It'll take some time before everyone's is +/- 0. If this goes through it needs to be done before the turnover so Mogul has the whole off-season to adjust to the new scouting. | |

I just started a new game and set all teams to $0M the only team that was +/- 0 was TB It will take a season at the most for everyone to get to +/- 0. So if your teams scouting is bad, you can use other teams scouting until you are at 0.
