| ummm.....the only problem. Then the commish and anyone with access to the commish file have the only way to judge the players as everyone else will see +/- 12. This could be a problem. | |

| It'll take some time before everyone's is +/- 0. If this goes through it needs to be done before the turnover so Mogul has the whole off-season to adjust to the new scouting. | |

just an FYI
I simmed out another new game and it took until near the end of the third season for everyone to even out. Who cares... you can use another team's scouting anyway..... it doesn't matter... | |
