I'm voting yes, but I want to clarify the specific reasons a "loan" is being allowed. This is being done only because if the Mets hadn't agreed to the rev. sharing plan, next offseason they would have the money for this stadium. I don't want to see other teams expecting loans based on this. The revenue sharing plan is a dramatic change in the league, that affects the Mets more than anyone, including the Yankees at this time because they basically are in a position where they've had no owner, have expiring contracts, and will not have to adjust at all. The Mets have agreed to the revenue sharing plan, this works well with that, the stadium will help the league, and is basically a special circumstance related to revenue sharing being introduced.
