Please, if you notice at the top right of your screens,

a new link called "cbox". It is just another chat box, but a little different. It has its pros and cons. It saves what you type, but I don't think it refreshes by itself, like the one on the front page does. But good thing is that guests, hopefully, can ask questions if they want to in it, like the one on the homepage they can't even see(I don't think anyways). And if you have to leave a message for us, you can just type it there, and me, or someone else will see it. So that is just info about it.

I just moved it a little toward the left, since the site looks better with the logout tab to the right of the screen(atleast in my opinion)
