Well, if you weren't there for USCSteve's exciting coverage of the playoffs, here's how they went down:

DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIPS
Mariners (114-48) defeated Twins (97-65) 3 games to 1 game.
Orioles (109-53) defeated Tigers (114-48) 3 games to 1 game.

Giants (109-53) defeated Nationals (105-57) 3 games to 2 games.
Mets (118-44) defeated Cardinals (105-57) 3 games to 2 games.

LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIPS
Mariners defeat Orioles 4 games to 0 games

Mets defeat Giants 4 games to 3 games

WORLD SERIES
Mariners defeat Mets 4 games to 3 games, winning games 2,4,6, and 7

Congrats to all the playoff teams, and the Mariners for winning the World Series!

OK, That means the offseason is here! I've updated the current owners list, and we have at least 9 open teams. Possibly a few more depending on Detroit, Texas, and Cleveland. That means we need to recruit a few owners. Open teams are:
Atlanta
Boston
Chicago WS
Houston
Kansas City
Los Angeles Angels
New York Yankees
Philadelphia
St. Louis

The options to fill the teams are to continue trying to recruit as we have been, or switch to baseball mogul 08. We'll take a few days to consider this, but I have been trying to recruit people, and until 07 is free not many people are using it at this time. If this is a concern for you because you don't have 08 please let me know on AIM.

For now, please get your offseason resignings in! Remember, if you are resigning them I need to SEE POSTED how you negotiated. When we go to do the offseason resignings we get ONE chance to go through everone. So if you aren't clear on how you do it, you won't necessarily get the contract you wanted.

We will have the awards voting (GM of Year, Rookie GM of year, and Writer of the Year) soon, and in addition I will try and finalize the revenue sharing this weekend, and get that posted. If you think of anything else, please let me know.
