One of my first baseman is/are on the block

I have found to see I have too many first basemen on my team, but I could fit them in my lineup, so I don't have to trade them. I just thought I would put them on.

I am looking for cash, and/or pitching prospects for one of them. I really would rather keep Hafner, since he is such a great bat, but wouldn't be closed to trading him. But the one you guys would probably be more interested in, and the one that I would rather trade is Adam LaRoche. He is a power bat lefty. In the prime of his career. Is locked up long term(so don't worry about losing him) for CHEAP(considering a player of his caliber). I will deal with any team, no matter if you are in the NL, or more specifically NL West.
