SD claimed Prior off when he was still there. I made some moves based on that. He should be a Padre

Wait, what? That is the reason I bidded on Reyes. I wouldn't have if I knew he could claim people from waivers.

He cant claim people from waivers. Why would he be able to increase his payroll by over 800k over waivers when he cant do that in trades?
