| I was thinking, firing and firing gms would add some excitement to this league, and help people move up the ranks of being a successful gm. This way, teams with smaller market teams can move up to bigger maret teams in a better situation. Here are some of the rules I was thinking of:
1. Each team will sign a contract for the team they are with now, they can sign for anywhere between 3 and 7 years.
2. At the end of their contracts, we can re-evaluate gms and see if they deserve to be resigned.
3. This way, you could move to a new team that has an opening.
4. Also, new members will have to work their way up.
5. When figuring out whether gms should be resigned, we will look at their record, payroll, budget, mogul points, and what kind of market they are in. Once we factor everything in, we will make our decision.
6. We will be VERY lenient.
What do you guys say? | |

| I am not going to vote yes or no because I see the merit in the Idea but If you start with a strong team e.g. yankees you would have to really screw up the team to get fired, wheras If you star with a team like MIL or PIT you could be out of a job quickly because of something somebody else did before you.
just my opinion | |

| If the teams can get on a more even financial situation it would make the reviewing prosses les subjective. | |

We will consider all aspects of the team they took over to where it has become. Just because they take a team in debt does not mean they will lose their job.

| Actually admin if you take a look under how mogul points are figured out by the system, it takes into account eveything you could possibly want to look at GM wise and gives you a more objective number to work with. | |

| I really don't like this idea. I only have an interest in my team not building up a team for someone else to take over. | |

What do you mean? As long as you dont screw up big time, you can keep your team.
