Ok, you got the Phillies.
And any team with poor financial situations that is available will be given money. Im not sure on the amount yet, but you will definetly start with a positive number.

| 1 other thing to think about admin as we used to do this in one of my other leagues to promote filling teams that got royally done over by the previous owner. Along with gettin their cash back to atleast zero, allow them free drops, we used 3-4 but we could adjust it down, for the owners that want to see this be a fully functional competetive league, I don't see them having a problem with an idea like this
